Hi, my name is Summer!
My aim is to share the benefits of yoga to help you withstand the growing demands that our advancing world places on us every day. The ever increasing stress levels around us impact our quality of life... and life needs to be nurtured and appreciated, not rushed away and missed.
Our bodies are the homes of our lives and need regular stimulation and enrichment. My aim is to help students cherish this, so you will hopefully enjoy life more, and look after yourselves, as well as each other.
Having practiced yoga for over 16 years at the time (ashtanga, hatha, vinyasa), in 2015 I took the plunge to study with Yoga Campus on one of the UK's top teacher training courses with Yoga Alliance, known for its authentic approach. Soon after my training I began teaching mindful yoga to adults and then trained as a Children's Yoga Teacher as well. I now deliver yoga classes for adults as well as children in schools. I design sequences based on my own practice, experience and training, which translates into classes with different rhythms and personalities.
My classes are respectful towards the needs and capacities of every student and are ideal for people who would like a fairly active, yet mindful type of yoga. classes have varied themes and work in a series of blocks over the course of several weeks.
