I am available for 1-1 sessions held either at your house (if local to me) or mine. 1-1 sessions include an initial consultation on the first session, where we can discuss your needs from yoga. I will then assess the requirements for your body and mind, and bring together sequences that can fit into your schedule. Sessions last 60-75 minutes with the first session lasting up to 90 mins to include the free consultation.
